I didn’t really expect to notice such a big difference, but this has saved me a lot of time after every match. I have been using our Veo camera for a while now, and it has been really solid. It turns on without any hassle, records the whole game, and I have not had any problems with it cutting out or missing parts. The battery life and uploads have been steady too. It is nice not having to worry about the camera and just being able to focus on the match.

I ran into a small problem getting my camera connected to the app after an update, which of course happened right when I was trying to check it before heading out to run a few errands. I figured it was going to turn into one of those support situations that takes days and a bunch of back and forth, so I was already kind of bracing myself for that.

But support got back to me the same day, asked really clear questions, and actually stuck with me until it was fixed. It didn’t feel like I was getting random copy-and-paste replies either, just normal helpful messages from someone who understood the issue. Really happy with how they handled it.

I’ve been using the software for a bit it works fine most of the time!!! The main thing is that finding clips and settings can be kind of confusing, and I’ve had a few moments where I’m just clicking around trying to figure out where things are!!! Uploads can also feel slow sometimes, which gets a little annoying!!! It’s not bad overall, but I definitely think it could be more user-friendly!!!

I do like the concept of veo, and the camera itself seems decent overall. But the upload speed is kind of frustrating, honestly. I’m not sure if it’s just our setup or something on their end, but even with what I’d call solid internet, it can sit there for a long time before the footage is actually ready. The processing feels similar too. There have been times where we’re waiting hours just to watch a match back, which sort of defeats the purpose if you’re trying to review it soon after the game. It’s not a bad product, but for the price, I definitely expected it to feel quicker

The camera itself works fine, no real complaints there. But getting it mounted takes a bit of messing around, and the tripod just feels... kind of wobbly, especially if there’s any wind. On flat ground it’s okay, I guess, but once the surface isn’t perfect it’s not great.

We accidentally left our Veo out during a nasty rainy match, and I was suspicious it was going to quit on us at any second. Somehow it kept working the whole time. Dried it off afterward and, to my surprise, it’s been totally fine since...

I was relieved by how simple it was to cancel. The refund came through quickly too, which was a nice little surprise

It’s easy to carry around and does the job, but I do wish the bag felt a little nicer. Maybe I just bought it at the wrong time or got unlucky with the included bag, because that’s really the only thing that disappointed me...

I’ve used Veo a bit the camera side of things works well. It does what it’s supposed to do, and when you need the footage, it’s definitely handy. But I don’t know, the subscription just feels kind of heavy for what we actually get out of it. If you’re using it all the time, I can see it making more sense, but for a smaller club it just doesn’t feel like great value
